1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Prunizo ("Service"), operated by Tano Interactive SARL ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Prunizo is a web-based service that compresses PowerPoint presentations by optimizing embedded images while preserving visual quality. The Service offers:

• Compression of PowerPoint files (.pptx format)
• Image optimization within presentations
• Guest link sharing functionality
• Credit-based usage system
• Account management and history tracking

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service is provided "as is" and we may modify or discontinue features at our discretion.

3. Account Registration and Security

Account Creation

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

Two-Factor Authentication

We offer two-factor authentication for enhanced security. You are responsible for maintaining access to your authentication methods.

4. Credits and Payment Terms

Credit System

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to process PowerPoint files. Credit consumption is based on file size and complexity.

Purchasing Credits

Credits can be purchased through our payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing credits, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Pay all fees associated with your purchases
• Accept that all credit purchases are final and non-refundable
• Be responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchases

Pricing and Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Changes will not affect credits already purchased. Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page.

Refund Policy

Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of:

• Technical errors resulting in incorrect credit deduction
• Failed processing due to Service malfunction
• Duplicate charges

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge.

Credit Expiration

Credits do not expire unless your account is terminated or deleted.

5. File Processing and Storage

File Uploads

By uploading files to the Service, you:

• Confirm you have the right to upload and process the files
• Grant us permission to process and compress the files as requested
• Acknowledge that files are temporarily stored for processing purposes
• Accept responsibility for the content of your files

File Security and Privacy

We take file security seriously. Files are:

• Transmitted using encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS 1.3)
• Stored in secure AWS infrastructure
• Automatically deleted after processing
• Never accessed, viewed, or analyzed by our staff
• Not shared with third parties

File Retention

Original and processed files are automatically deleted from our servers after processing is complete or within 24 hours, whichever comes first. Downloaded files are your responsibility to store securely.

Guest Links

The Service allows sharing of compressed files via guest links. You are responsible for:

• Controlling who has access to your guest links
• Understanding that guest links may be accessed by anyone with the URL
• Setting appropriate expiration times for sensitive files
• The content shared through guest links

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Upload files containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Upload files containing malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Use the Service to harm, harass, or threaten others
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or credit requirements
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use automated tools to abuse or overload the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with other users' access to the Service

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content

You retain all rights to your PowerPoint files and content. We do not claim ownership of any files you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Service

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, and all related intellectual property, is owned by Tano Interactive SARL and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Warranty

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The accuracy or completeness of results
• That compressed files will meet your specific requirements
• That the Service will be compatible with all PowerPoint versions
• That files will be compressed to a specific size or percentage

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TANO INTERACTIVE SARL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Loss of data, files, or content
• Business interruption or lost profits
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your original files. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of files processed through the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tano Interactive SARL, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you upload or share

10. Account Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited and not refundable.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse of the Service
• Non-payment or payment disputes
• Extended account inactivity

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. We will delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

12. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

• AWS for hosting and infrastructure
• Stripe for payment processing

These third-party services have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

14. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at legal@prunizo.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

15. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tano Interactive SARL regarding the Service.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Assignment

We may assign or transfer these Terms and our rights and obligations without your consent. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent.

Language

These Terms are provided in English. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
