End-to-End Encryption
All file uploads are encrypted in transit using HTTPS with TLS 1.3. Your files are secure from upload to download.
Automatic Deletion
Files are automatically deleted from our servers after processing. We never store your presentations longer than necessary.
No Human Access
Your files are processed automatically. No human ever views or accesses your presentation content.
Secure Infrastructure
Hosted on AWS with industry-leading security standards and DDoS protection.
No Third-Party Sharing
We never share, sell, or distribute your files to third parties. Your data stays private.
File Integrity
Only media assets are modified during compression. All other content, animations, and formatting remain unchanged.
How we process your files
Upload
Your file is uploaded over an encrypted HTTPS connection and stored temporarily in a secure AWS S3 bucket with restricted access.
Processing
Our automated system extracts media assets, optimizes them based on your settings, and rebuilds your presentation. No human intervention required.
Download
The compressed file is made available for download via a secure, time-limited URL that expires after 1 hour.
Deletion
Both original and compressed files are automatically deleted from our servers after after 1 hour. Until then, you can create new exports or download the export at any time. You can always manually delete the files before the automatic deletion time. We also offer a "redact presentation name" feature that scrubs the file name from your activity dashboard for additional privacy.

We comply with GDPR regulations. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.
Data Minimization
We only collect the minimum data necessary to provide the service. No tracking, no analytics on your file content.
Data Residency
All data is processed in the UK, ensuring compliance with local data protection regulations and providing you with regional data sovereignty.
User Control
You have full control over your data. Delete files manually at any time, redact presentation names, and request complete removal of all your data.
